Ivy Connection President's Letter

Dear Sisters,

2007 is going to be a great year for Austin Alpha Phi Alumnae!  If you’re ten years out of college or less (or even just young at heart!) be sure to check out one of the Ivy Connection events this year! We’d love to meet you or see you again!

And there are definitely some exciting events to look forward to. We are changing up our annual Foundation fundraiser to be a Red Dress Cocktail this year. I think this will be an exciting addition - a great chance to get out and dress up, all while supporting the Alpha Phi Foundation, and increasing women’s cardiac care awareness! 

We’re also going to start a (hopefully annual) fundraiser for our chapter by putting together study baskets for the Omega chapter parents to buy their daughters during fall semes ter finals. This will work towards a more long term goal of trying to raise enough money to start sending a delegate to Convention every two years.

I really encourage you to come out and join us as a member of the Ivy Connection this year! We have a great group of women volunteering to be your officers from chapters all over the nation. Maybe even from your alma mater!
